Great news that our CLP was honoured with the award for best fundraising at Labour conference – with our own Branch Secretary Penny Henderson giving a video acceptance. (See below, starting at 1:30:35 – and yes, they did mis-spell the name of the constituency…) Hugely proud of the role we played in electing a new Labour government – raising a massive £11,824!
It was hard work, but every single penny was worth it to get rid of a government that has disastrously damaged our society, our economy, and our national interest.
